Cava, a sparkling wine is made in exactly the same way as Champagne,and is the perfect choice in our opinion. It has tiny bubbles and is dry with flavors of citrus, and green apples. An excellent value and the perfect way to start the gathering with appetizers or the perfect way to end a meal with dessert!
